Pre-marital/Commitment Counseling
I have an extensive background working with couples who are preparing for marriage or some form of formal commitment.  In our sessions, we will cover a wide range of topics, exploring various aspects of your relationship.  We will work collaboratively to identify and build upon the strengths of your relationship and to identify and manage potential problems.  We will work on developing skills for effective communication, intimacy, and healthy interdependence.  

The number of sessions typically range from four to six, depending on your particular needs.  This will be negotiated at the beginning of our work together.  Additional sessions can be arranged if needed.
